Benjamin has been exposed to the real estate business almost his whole life. His father was a Realtor for a short period and a real estate power investor so Benjamin learned the ropes at an early age. He also has been in sales since high school where he would spend his summers selling things door to door, from water purifiers to encyclopedias. He attributes his strong relationship building skills and strong communication to his success in sales.
His first career out of school was in I.T. as a network engineer. However, as much as he likes computers, he felt like his passion was to help people with their real estate transactions and investments. He knows this is the most important purchase someone can make and felt that he had accumulated the knowledge and experience over the years to add valuable insight to each deal.
As a top performing Realtor at RE/MAX Realtron, Benjamin has been helping home buyers and sellers since 2005. He works in all of the Greater Toronto Area and specializes in residential real estate service. This means the majority of his work involves family relocation, helping first time buyers, real estate move ups, and securing investments for his clients. He is also very well versed and experienced in commercial real estate.
Benjamin has most recently been awarded with Platinum Club Award for 2015. He has been awarded with Executive's Club Awards (2008-2010), 100% Club Awards (2011-2014), and 1st Runner Up for Top Producer Award in 2008.
His goal is always to add value to any real estate transaction. He approaches this buisiness as a people business more than anything else. He puts his clients first and listens to them before putting together a strategic plan to reach their goals.
